About Us

Chefs Lucais Syme and Gill Book prepare an Italian-inspired cuisine at Cinara.  We aim to uphold the traditional cooking techniques:  making as much as possible in house from naturally leavened breads and pastas to preserves and cheeses while looking through the lens of the here and now.  We use the finest and freshest quality ingredients and let the clean flavors build on each other and speak for themselves.

It is our goal to serve some of the finest food Vancouver has to offer in an approachable and comfortable setting; we love hospitality too.  Our seasoned staff is happy to guide you through the menu & wine list to put together  a memorable, carefree evening to enjoy with friends and family.
